Hej, we are
We are AÐALGÍR (pronounced [aðalgi:r]), an electronic music duo founded in 2023 and consisting of Anton Yurchenko & Antonina Toregeldi.
Our music is a mix of synth-pop and folktronica, full of experiments with different sounds and techniques. We love to combine acoustic instruments, modern synthesizers and retro ones from the 80s, some of which we even solder ourselves. Our lyrics are mostly in English, sometimes in Russian and even Old Russian.
We have been working together for more than two years and have recorded an album consisting of 13 songs. We do everything by ourselves, from songwriting and producing to the whole release.
Separately, we are two independent artists creating completely different things.
